This policy describes how PulsOps handles information on this marketing website. It covers the pages on this site, not a separate product console. Questions can go to contact@pulsops.com.
Who we are
PulsOps builds a full-stack analytics platform for delivery operations. This website explains the product and offers a way to book a 20-minute conversation or write to the team.
Information this site collects
The site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not include a form that stores submissions on PulsOps servers. We receive personal information only if you choose to share it:
- Email you send to contact@pulsops.com, including your address and whatever you put in the message.
- Details you submit when you book time through Calendly. Calendly processes that scheduling information under its own terms.
- Information you share if you visit our LinkedIn page. LinkedIn processes that visit under its own policy.
How we use it
We use messages and booking details to reply, prepare for a conversation, and understand whether PulsOps is relevant to your delivery operation. We do not sell personal information.
Typography requests
Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files from Google, which means Google may receive technical data such as your IP address. You can read Google’s own privacy materials for how that request is handled.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept long enough to handle the inquiry and any follow-up about a possible working relationship, then deleted when it is no longer needed for that purpose or for ordinary record-keeping.
Sharing
We do not share your message with advertisers. Scheduling is handled by Calendly when you use the booking link. If we use an email provider to receive mail sent to contact@pulsops.com, that provider processes the message only so we can read and reply.
Your choices
You may ask what correspondence we still have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@pulsops.com. If a request relates to a Calendly booking, you may also need to contact Calendly directly.
Children
This website is written for business and operations teams. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
